1. The service
AllDibs provides scheduling tools for sharing physical items between people who already know and trust each other. AllDibs does not own, insure, inspect, or take custody of any item scheduled through the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use AllDibs.
3. Sharing is between members
Bookings made on AllDibs are arrangements between members. Condition, damage, insurance, legality, and safety of shared items are entirely the members' responsibility. Hosts decide who may join their items and can remove members at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use AllDibs for anything unlawful, to share items you don't have the right to share, or to harass other members. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Content you upload
You keep ownership of photos, files, and messages you upload, and you grant AllDibs the license needed to store and display them to the members of your items. Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
6. Plans and billing
The free plan includes a limited number of items you can share. Paid subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled and are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Items you host may be deleted or handed to another host when your account closes.
8. Disclaimer & liability
AllDibs is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllDibs is not liable for damages arising from the use of shared items or from the service, beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
